Faye leads the UAE Green Hydrogen Business Development activities at Masdar. As part of her role, she drives and manages the company’s commercial green hydrogen projects and initiatives, and represents Masdar in various local and international forums, steering committees, and working groups focused on green hydrogen and its derivatives. Additionally, Faye has played a pivotal role in the development of the UAE National Hydrogen Strategy, the UAE General Policy for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), and the Abu Dhabi Low-Carbon Hydrogen Policy.

Prior to her current role, Faye was a member of the strategy team within Masdar’s Strategy and Corporate Development division where she played a leading role in the planning and development of Masdar’s Green Hydrogen strategy.

Faye holds a PhD in Photo-electrochemical Hydrogen Production from Imperial College London following a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Futures. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability.
