Amanda Kite (MSHRD, University of Houston) is as a world-class people development expert and DEI advocate.  She is a Sales & Commercial Senior Learning Director with Baker Hughes within the Industrial & Energy Technology business segment.  In addition, she is an adjunct faculty professor for the Bachelor of Arts Completion Program and Masters Organizational Leadership programs at the University of Denver – University College.

With more than 22 years of corporate experience in the energy & industrials sector, Amanda has a lot of passion in organizational culture, talent management, and HR business partnerships.  She has held several global leadership roles having led significant change initiatives surrounding people development processes, training center teams & facilities, organizational effectiveness, performance management, mergers & acquisitions, and DEI initiatives.
