Bailey Donovan Allen has 17 years in the energy services industry, primarily focusing on production chemistries. She has held a multitude of roles with increasing responsibility throughout her career, focused in the areas of marketing, operations, sales, project management and technology. Currently she serves as the VP, Strategic Marketing for ChampionX Chemical Technologies where she and her team provide strategic direction to the organization in order to anticipate future industry trends and needs, thereby enabling the organization to enhance and grow its leadership position in the market.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
