Carola Rawson is the Engineering Manager for Midstream Production Systems at SLB. She is responsible for the engineering competencies and processes, the training and development of the technical team, the technology delivery, and the execution of the engineering for providing solutions to clients in the midstream market.

Carola has more than 20 years’ experience and in her previous roles, she has held responsibilities that included process engineering design, technology selection, engineering development for gas and oil facilities, safety analysis, construction support and operations troubleshooting.

Carola is also the Discipline Career Manager for Surface Production Facilities and Operations at SLB, looking after the technical community and how to grow their expertise and careers.

As technical leader, Carola thrives for improving the inclusion and diversity in the technical community and is a role model to other female engineers.
