Caroline began her career in SLB as a geophysicist over 13 years ago. From there she gained experience in roles spanning technical operations, sales, marketing, new ventures, and project management. Today, she is a member of the Americas Land Digital and Integration team, focusing on strengthening the digital and data businesses in the Americas.    

In 2022, Caroline decided to lean into her curiosity about the human side of work and pursue a master’s degree in the Human Dimensions of Organizations from the University of Texas at Austin. There she found a new passion in reimaging work and workplace culture. Her capstone research focused on women’s leadership development programs, asking the question, “do these programs transform women to become the leaders they are born to be, or push them to conform to a single vision of leadership?”   

Caroline pairs her day job with facilitating SLB’S emotional intelligence and mindfulness training, Unlock Your Power, and serves as a global co-leader for SLB’s Workplace Wellbeing and Mindfulness employee community.
