Divya is an engineer at heart, enjoying the intellectual challenge of leveraging her cross-industry background, and her passion for service, to develop (& drive) strategies across operational efficiency, diverse workforce enablement, underrepresented talent development, and relationship building. 

Divya has almost 20 years of experience across a multitude of sectors and roles, starting on rigs in oil and gas but traversing construction materials, auto, CPG, utilities and software, from operations and HR through consulting. She is currently a Senior Manager with PwC’s operations transformation practice, where she leads large operational and digital transformations spanning people, process and technology, and coaching within the firm. She is also the advancement chair on the board for the Hay Center Foundation, a non-profit serving Harris County’s foster youth. She is a passionate Wolverine having completed both her Engineering and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan. 

When Divya is not working on operational transformation, she enjoys traveling, reading and giving back to the community, currently working with several organizations that provide education,  life and career coaching to underserved communities to help advance and foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and develop underrepresented talent.
