Fabioska, also known as Fabi, is a born and raised Venezuelan, dynamic individual with a multifaceted career and a passion for continuous learning and growth. She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNEXPO in Venezuela and a master’s degree in Technology Project Management from The University of Houston. With over 13 years of experience in project management and most recently in sales in the oil and gas and energy sectors, Fabioska has developed a strong professional background.

Throughout her career, Fabioska has faced challenging situations in a male-dominated industry, which has motivated her to consistently deliver excellence and professionalism. Whether working as a Repair Quoting Team Lead at Siemens Energy or engaging in charity and volunteering activities, she always strives to balance being a high-performance professional and a dedicated mother of two.

Fabioska enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in handcraft activities with her children, and participating in 5K runs in the Houston Marathon, which have helped her connect with herself.
