Jennie is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Noble Corporation plc, a leading offshore drilling contractor for the oil and gas industry. Jennie has responsibility for advising senior management and the board of directors on various legal matters in addition to managing the organization’s legal, ethics and compliance, and risk management departments.
Prior to joining Noble, Jennie was most recently the Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Kraton Corporation, an international chemicals company.  Jennie started her career working as an Associate in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Governance Practice Groups of Andrews Kurth LLP.
Jennie is actively involved in her community and with the industry through her volunteering efforts with various local non-profit organizations and participation in industry trade associations. Jennie’s focus on work-life harmony revolves around her priorities as a wife and mother to two young children under the age of five, and her passion for health and fitness.
