Jennifer is Vice President and General Manager of Fluor’s Houston office, a major energy solutions operation center and hub for local and global projects. She has more than 28 years of experience in project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning for a wide range of projects in both domestic and international locations, including the US and Puerto Rico, Canada, the Middle East, China, India, and Malaysia.

Prior to her current role, Jennifer served as Executive Project Director in Fluor’s Energy Solutions business group, leading EPC efforts for multi-billion-dollar chemicals facilities around the globe. Since joining Fluor, Jennifer has held various positions in project execution, operations, and department management, as well as roles in process and package engineering, field engineering, commissioning, validation, estimating, and sales and marketing.
