As a key member of Airswift’s Operating Board and Vice President of Customer Experience at the $1.5 billion STEM workforce solutions provider, she drives corporate strategy, leadership development, and customer engagement transformation. Jenny has led multi-year strategic initiatives, founded Airswift’s Learning & Development Department, and played a pivotal role in change management as part of the company’s Transformation Team. Jenny holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, is a Certified Scaling Up Coach, and resides in Houston, Texas, with her husband and three children.
