Johnny Palmer has over 20 years of experience as a DE&I professional and Talent Acquisition consultant, with expertise in Commercial, Legal, Engineering, and Finance sectors. Before joining bp in 2016, Johnny provided recruiting consulting services to prestigious organizations such as Phillips 66, ConocoPhillips, Air Liquide, Fluor, KBR, and Enron.

He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Dimensions of Organizations from the same university.
