Julie is the Head of Global Talent Acquisition in Chevron’s Learning & Talent Center of Expertise. She leads a strong, subject matter expert team responsible for managing a portfolio of products, programs, and services across the Global Talent Acquisition value chain. Julie and her team have oversight in the strategic direction and execution of full cycle recruitment services.

Julie has been with Chevron Human Resources (HR) since 1998. She has held a variety of HR leadership positions in San Francisco, San Ramon, Houston and Angola, Africa. Her range of work and responsibility includes, strategic HR, business planning, learning & talent COE, strategic HR business partner for technical and support functions, and global HR projects and planning across segments of the Chevron enterprise. She holds various enterprise HR functional leadership roles charged with managing and developing global HR talent.

Julie received her master’s degree in human resources and organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
