Kelley is Chevron’s General Manager of Category Management and projects. In this role, she oversees supply, commercial, and supplier performance assurance for base business and capital projects. She also leads Chevron’s Market Intelligence, ESG, Supplier Diversity, and Contracting Centers of Excellence.
Since joining Chevron in 2005 as a Lead Category Manager supporting Retail Technology, Kelley has held various positions with increasing responsibility. Her most recent role was Procurement Manager for Manufacturing, where she was responsible for coordinating supply chain management for the five refineries in the US. Kelley has also held numerous supply chain roles, including Angola Procurement Operations manager, category management, and corporate procurement roles.
Kelley received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of California-Davis, a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Oregon State University, and a supply chain certificate from Arizona State University.
