Kelly is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as the Chief People Officer for Archaea Energy, a bp company. Kelly took on this pivotal role in June 2023, shortly after Archaea Energy became part of the bp family through an acquisition in December 2022.
Kelly brings a wealth of experience to her current position, having previously held key roles within the bp organization and previously served as the Vice President for People & Culture Capability at bp. In that capacity, Kelly led the talent, capability, and learning strategy for the global People & Culture function, demonstrating her expertise in shaping the organizational culture and enhancing employee capabilities on a global scale.
Kelly’s journey at bp began in 2012, and over the past decade, she has held various positions of increasing responsibility, showcasing her dedication and commitment to the organization.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Kelly was named to Crain’s Chicago Business 2022 Notable Executives in HR and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, further highlighting her impact on the field of human resources and commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Kelly is married with three children and resides in suburbs of Illinois.
