Maegan is Vice President of Marketing at Airswift, and has over 15 years of experience in workforce solutions. Recognizing an unmet need in 2011, she founded Airswift’s marketing department, and laid the foundational strategies that would drive the department’s future success. Maegan has led marketing and communication integration efforts during two mergers and an acquisition, most recently saving the company $360k in renegotiated contracts. As part of Airswift’s Operating Board, her strategic acumen has been integral in aligning sales, recruitment, and marketing functions, boosting lead generation, and increasing profitability. Maegan is also a passionate advocate for cancer awareness, education and fundraising, raising over $400k for various cancer charities through Airswift’s Relay For Life initiative.
