Marcia Leonard having been raised by three generations of oil and gas workers and entering the field herself, has broken stride by stepping fully into Power Generation and Decarbonization. Marcia is the host of the Elemental Energy podcast – where she simplifies decarbonization and bridges the conventional mindset with a vibrant view of energy transformation. She further lives out her passion and purpose as the Low Carbon Energy sector lead for North America at Worley. Marcia’s curiosity for science and energy led her to obtain a degree in molecular biology from Texas Lutheran University. When not advocating for decarbonization, her passions include gardening, raising three daughters and laughing.
