Marie is a dynamic and forward-thinking leader currently serving as Chief of Staff for Global Feedstocks and Energy at LyondellBasell. She is leading the company’s transformation to establish a data-led global supply and trading capability. Recently transitioning to the petrochemical industry after 15 years in downstream oil and gas, Marie brings a comprehensive background spanning engineering, maintenance, strategy, and technology leadership. Her digital programs have included technologies such as wireless OT devices, drones, and AI process optimization, along with leading an enterprise deployment of SAP S/4 HANA. Marie holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UCLA and an EMBA from UT Austin.
