Melody retired as President of Chevron Asia Pacific E&P after a 37 year distinguished career with Chevron in key leadership roles in global upstream, VP of US Midcontinent onshore and Gulf of Mexico offshore, and President of Chevron Energy Technology.  She currently serves on the boards of AbbVie, Inc and bp, p.l.c, is past Chair of Trinity University Board of Trustees, National Bureau of Asian Research board, and Advisory Board of Advancing Women Executives in Energy. Melody is a C200 member, former co-leader of Houston Women Corporate Directors, and founder of Women with Energy Retreat  She is an advocate for the advancement of women in energy, and experienced in the energy transition and sustainability.
