As a Co-Founder of TorchPoint, a career development consulting firm, she is passionate about guiding professionals toward fulfilling and successful careers. Mildred co-authors the book, “Innovate Your Career – Become Indispensable,” and has worked with various large and small organizations, leveraging her understanding of the dynamic nature of today’s job market.
