Nadia Bollinger has 19 years of experience working at Fortune 10 companies as a hands-on technology leader and strategist who uses innovation to improve efficiency and productivity at a global scale.  Her technology background is broad and extensive, including software development, global IT leadership, product management, digital transformation, and strategic alliances and partnerships.  She has supported and managed large IT teams and projects across the Upstream, Downstream, and IT core business units.  Some of her proudest accomplishments include modernizing enterprise communication and collaboration infrastructure to deliver cloud-first capabilities to >100K customers in 71 countries, establishing a Digital Open Innovation program to tackle longstanding business problems through external partnerships, pioneering a Digital Manufacturing Mobility program to introduce mobility solutions to 30+ global manufacturing sites, and launching the first Upstream engineering application used for well casing design on the cloud for ExxonMobil.


In her current role as Global Leader of Partner Solutions Architecture for Energy and Utilities at Amazon Web Services, Nadia is responsible for solving customer challenges through partners, strategic alliances, and partner solutions.  As Global Leader, she manages a solution architecture practice that defines the partner technology strategy for AWS Energy and Utilities and provides industry expertise for partners as they begin their cloud transformation journey on AWS.

Nadia has also launched a new affinity group in partnership with the Energy business development organization supporting women in energy. Through this program, she has moderated numerous panels with executive female leaders from across industry covering topics such as transformative technologies to enable the energy transition and the advancement of women within our industry.  Since its launch in March, the program has scaled internationally and to other industries.  Participants in these events are excited to see this platform develop and discover new ways to support our collective growth.


Prior to her work with Amazon Web Services, Nadia held senior leadership roles at ExxonMobil supporting IT functions across the entire energy value chain.
