Her portfolio includes notable projects such as Sasol Lake Charles Chemical, Dow Gulfstream LHC-9, Marathon Galveston Bay Refinery and Tesla Gigafactory Austin.
As a senior member of the IEEE Standards Committee, Nina has played a significant role in shaping the future of electrical standards. Nina is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Texas and California. Her expertise is widely recognized for its technical and commercial depth, complemented by a proven track record in project management and a strong grasp of the commercial facets of engineering.
At Sasol, she designed an intricate ride-through and load shedding scheme for over 20 substations, which formed the basis of an IEEE publication she authored. During her tenure at Tesla, she oversaw the construction of electrical infrastructure at Gigafactory Austin, from the ground up to the manufacturing of the first car. At Amazon, she supported over 1,200 facilities in North America, ensuring operational reliability and safety while developing strategies for power reliability and sustainability.
