The technology transformation office is responsible for helping the technology function successfully transition to become more effective at creating value for our people, business and customers. As VP, Noemie leads a global team responsible for coordinating the transition to the revised model, structuring our approach to third party partnerships, driving rigour in performance and portfolio management and building up our global capability hubs alongside the other entities in bp.
Previously, Noemie was VP for technology development and commercialisation in Applied Sciences and Technology, developing low carbon technologies to the point of deployment and commercialisation as well as leading bp’s technology licensing capability. She was also previously the engineering director of bp’s petrochemicals technology business where she led the growth of bp’s petrochemicals licensing business.

Noemie is a Fellow of the IChemE with expertise leading growth in technology licensing, project management and technology scale-up.
