Rebecca Lucente-Schultz is a newly promoted R&D director at ChampionX, an oilfield specialty chemical and service company.  She has been with the organization for 15 years and has spent her entire career within R&D.  Rebecca has a passion and excitement for innovation, chemistry, and people management.  Outside of work, Rebecca and her husband of 19 years manage a busy family of five children – four boys and one girl.  In her (little remaining) spare time, Rebecca enjoys exercise, spending time with family – likely on a beach or in the mountains – and plenty of coffee.
