Sarah is a Partner and Managing Director of The Taligens Group, a Houston-based management consulting company helping clients imagine and build inspired futures through business transformation, culture change, and change mobilization. Over her 20-year career, Sarah has led and implemented large-scale transformation programs in the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa and across a variety of industries including energy, utilities, technology, finance, logistics, agriculture, and manufacturing.
Sarah serves as Board President for Capital IDEA Houston – a non-profit which invests in working adults by providing educational pathways from low-wage to living-wage careers – and on the regional board of UNICEF USA, whose mission is to relentlessly pursue a more equitable world for every child. Sarah is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum, a co-founder of the Houston Sustainability Professionals Network, a member of the Houston 2036 Equity Taskforce, and a member of the Houston 2026 FIFA World Cup Sustainability Committee.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys a broad spectrum of physical activity and studying new languages. Sarah holds an A.B. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University and lives in Houston, TX.
