She’s held executive roles such as SVP of Marketing for a government contracting technology firm and Head of Marketing at Puffer-Sweiven, a leading Emerson channel partner. Currently, Sheana serves as the Executive Director at Lean In Network, Energy, and a Fractional CMO, helping organizations refine their growth strategies. An active speaker and LinkedIn Top Voice in B2B Marketing Strategy, she’s recognized for her insights on marketing, digital transformation, and generative AI.

As an immigrant, Sheana is dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion and mentors underrepresented communities on career development. She also serves on the board of the American Marketing Association – Houston. Based in Houston, Sheana holds a B.A. in Political Science from The College of Wooster and enjoys life with her husband, twin sons, and rescue pup, Bernie.
