Sofia Martinez-Vilarino is a project engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector. Dealing with her own health challenges, she grew interested in health, wellness, and personal development and in 2018, she decided to start “Oh Hell Yeah I Am, LLC”, a coaching company with the goal of helping professional women overcoming their own challenges and achieve their personal goals on their journey towards self-discovery and transformation.

Sofia is passionate about inspiring others to see the amazing possibilities that are created when you take control of your own destiny, make choices that are aligned with your beliefs and accept your own self. Because of her engineering background, she is able to systematize complex ideas and with her creativity, care and compassionate character she can empathize with others seeing their strengths and struggles and helping them move forward and upward. Her method takes women from Awareness to Agency into Aligned Action to get the desired results and she supports women in this transformation through coaching, workshops and speaking.
