Uma Ranganathan joined Equinor in 2011 as a graduate. With her background in Psychology, and a diverse educational and professional journey across five countries, she has held several roles in people and organization and strategy. In her current role as Head of Strategy & Early Phase in New Business and Investments, she is accountable to drive strategy for new businesses and mature untapped opportunities to prime them for potential future business build.
