Sacha has over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in deepwater operations, production surveillance, and project development. She began her career with Shell Venezuela in 2003, progressing rapidly through offshore operations and development roles.
Her technical and leadership capabilities expanded in New Orleans, where she oversaw production engineering across multiple assets and served as a Business Advisor. In 2015, Sacha relocated to Houston, where she has held several key roles, including Subsurface Lead for greenfield and brownfield developments and Development Manager for producing assets. She currently serves as Asset Development & Subsurface Manager for the Perdido asset, where she leads integrated field development and asset management efforts.
Sacha is known for her strong technical foundation, commitment to stakeholder engagement, and passion for developing talent. She holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering and is dedicated to continuous growth – both for herself and her teams. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and actively supports her daughter’s sports activities alongside her husband.
