Job Title
Project Manager
Bio
Jessica was the Project Manager for the Rose CCS project – a first of a kind project that included both an emitter tie-in, 3 Class VI injection wells, monitoring wells, central meter station, and MLVs. This project is vital for several hydrogen plants to be able to produce blue hydrogen. In her role, she successfully led the execution of over 320,000 hrs without any AHL 2+ incidents, delivered an asset fully compliant with regulation and quality requirements, and seamlessly transferred the system to the operation organization. All of this against the backdrop of a pivot mid-way in FEED to change design basis to double capacity and a need to accelerate start-up from 6/2026 to 4/2025 to satisfy the first commercial contracts for CO2 sequestration. Despite the challenges, she led her team to deliver over $60m of cost savings and avoidance and will turn over the project nearly $20m below the FID basis. Successfully achieving outcomes relied on her ability to blur organizational boundaries and create clarity. |
