Rebeca has 19 years of experience in the oil and gas sector across Venezuela and Chile, she has spent the last six years specializing in green hydrogen projects. As Hydrogen Project Director at Engie and current President of H2 Chile, she has been instrumental in advancing the country’s hydrogen agenda. Her leadership has focused on implementing the Green Hydrogen Action Plan 2023–2030, advocating for financial instruments to support large-scale projects, and fostering public-private collaboration. Additionally, she has contributed to regulatory frameworks, such as reviewing the SEC’s hydrogen project authorization guide, and has been active in promoting gender diversity within the industry.
