Erika is a Senior Business Developer & Technical Specialist at thyssenkrupp nucera, combining R&D expertise with strategic growth in the hydrogen sector. Starting in 2018 as one of the first engineers for water electrolysis, she contributed to the Carbon2Chem® project and helped scale nucera’s technology from a 2MW test plant to the industrial 20MW module. She leads the stack risk assessment tool and a plant performance dashboard for automated evaluation. Now based in the Middle East, Erika drives regional business development and represents nucera at major events like COP28 and World Hydrogen MENA. She also led the MoU with Hydrom to explore electrolyzer localization in Oman. As a WiSER Pioneer, she advocates for female leadership in clean energy, bringing global perspective and visibility to green hydrogen advancement.
