Shilpa is a visionary leader with nearly two decades of experience in the energy sector. She has a proven track record of delivering business P&L, developing and deploying global strategies, and has streamed a world-scale production unit. She currently leads Shell Technology’s hydrogen efforts and drives innovation in clean hydrogen utilization and emerging production technologies. Her leadership has propelled the advancement of a methane pyrolysis technology program from laboratory scale to pilot scale in partnership with DOE ARPA-E, supporting the decarbonization of US LNG value chains and domestic efforts. In the hydrogen mobility arena, Shilpa’s teams actively participate in ISO working groups and NREL-supported fuel component testing consortiums, driving standardization and scaling hydrogen in transportation, which is crucial for market liftoff.
