Carmel is a Project Manager with over 12 years of experience on oil, gas, and chemical projects. Carmel graduated from the University of Houston with a mechanical engineering technology major before starting as a field engineer with Kiewit. She worked her way through construction as a project engineer, superintendent, construction manager and commissioning manager before taking on her current role as a project manager. She resides in Houston with her puppy and enjoys reading and playing football.
