Jessica is an experienced maritime professional and former officer in the US Coast Guard Reserves. Jessica holds a B.S. from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, and an M.S. from SUNY Maritime College, authoring a master’s thesis on closing the gender gap in the maritime industry. Jessica is actively sailing, with over 20 years industry experience. Jessica is passionate about reducing the gender gap in maritime and offshore. A USCG licensed Master Mariner, Jessica is currently working as the Master and Offshore Installation Manager for Noble Corporation aboard their deepwater drillship, Noble Voyager. She has previously served as the Chief Mate of the Training Ship Golden Bear at Cal Maritime, and aboard several deepwater drillships around the world. As an officer in the USCG Reserves, Jessica performed vessel and facility inspections. Jessica currently resides in Robertsdale, Alabama, with her spouse and pets.
