Gaojing (Melody) is the Head of Products – Asset Performance and formerly served as the Surface Facilities Technical Authority at SLB in Houston. With over 25 years of leadership experience, she has successfully delivered large-scale onshore and offshore oil and gas, as well as petrochemical, projects across the globe. 

Her expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from concept development through to start-up – as well as asset management during operations and maintenance, including major turnaround management. 

A passionate advocate for innovation, she is currently focused on driving digital transformation in the oil and gas industry. She also served as a Distinguished Lecturer for the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). 

She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Xi’an Jiao Tong University, an MBA from Manchester Business School, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
