Rashawnda is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in the electric utility industry. Deeply passionate about people and service, she has dedicated her career to enhancing leadership, quality and training, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. She is a transformational leader who firmly believes in the power of motivation and empowerment, understanding that when individuals are encouraged to harness their unique strengths, they can achieve remarkable outcomes.

Rashawnda earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Currently, she is advancing her expertise by pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her research interests include women’s leadership and the intersection of worldview and leadership. She is a member of the International Leadership Association (ILA) and will present an academic poster at the ILA Global Conference in Prague, Czechia later this year. Rashawnda is also a member of the Women’s International Network of Utility Professionals (WiNUP).
