Laurie is the Program Manager of Pipeline Safety Management Systems with the American Petroleum Institute (API) in Houston, Texas. In this role, Laurie manages the Pipeline SMS Third-Party Assessment Program for operators, contractors, and municipalities in the United States and Canada. Prior to this role, Laurie worked as EHS Manager for both operators and contractors. Laurie holds the CSP, ASP, CLSC, QMS, CStd designations. Laurie attended the University of Connecticut for HSE, Columbia Southern University for Science and Business. She is actively involved in numerous industry organizations.
