Alessandra is a chemical engineer from UFPR (Brazil), with a MicroMasters in Supply Chain from MIT and over 15 years of experience. Having started her career as a field engineer, she has worked across different countries and held diverse roles in operations, HR, change management, procurement, and now category management, based in Houston, TX. She also volunteers for the 4th year as a leader for SLB’s global learning & development Eureka initiative, fostering communities of practice across the organization and serves as a mentor for junior professionals. Alessandra is a proud wife and mother to a young adult, which gave her the opportunity to learn about resilience, empathy, and adaptability long before she held a formal leadership title. These early experiences continue to shape her belief in the power of curiosity, courage, and continuous development to create meaningful impact. She is a strong advocate for psychological safety in the workplace and believes that empowering people to speak up is one of the most powerful levers for inclusion, innovation, and growth.
