Jenny is Deputy General Counsel at Elimini, a carbon removals business focusing on bioenergy with carbon capture and storage. Prior to her current role, Jenny served as General Counsel of Lubbock Power & Light, Texas’s third largest municipally owned utility, during its transition to ERCOT and opening to retail competition. Before going in house, Jenny was a commercial and regulatory litigator at various law firms, including Jackson Walker and Carrington Coleman Sloman & Blumenthal LLP. Jenny previously served as a Director for the Texas Association of Young Lawyers and a Commissioner on the Access to Justice Commission.
