She is passionate about the energy transition and empowering women in STEM, serving as the host of WoodMac’s Interchange Recharged podcast, City Lead of Women and Climate, and Board Member of Women in Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energies. With expertise in market dynamics and financial strategies for utility-scale solar PV projects, Sylvia’s experience spans commercial advisory, asset management, and renewable asset valuation. Sylvia is originally from Mexico and holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Physics from ITESM Monterrey and a M.Sc. in Renewable Energy from EPF Ecole d’Ingeniers. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
