Neha is the Technology Center Manager for the Houston Digital Technology Center, SLB. She has over 16 years of experience in Software Engineering and Program Management. Currently leading the Houston Digital Center housing 400+ software professionals, Neha oversees multiple functions across Human Resources, Financial Control, Process and Quality. With a background in Computer Science and having lead teams across the US and Asia, she brings a wide perspective of how an inclusive, diverse culture and high motivation can create over-performing teams. She is very passionate about technology, processes and ensuring that all solutions are practical and solve problems for teams, stakeholders and customers. Neha enjoys strategic thinking and keeping the company’s goals at the top of the list. She also believes that collaboration, team work and managing by influence are the corner stones of successful initiatives. When not working, Neha enjoys tennis, hiking and indulging in her family!
