Meredith leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at fostering innovation, operational excellence, and organizational transformation across an engineering team of approximately 6,000 global professionals. She brings approximately ten years of project management experience and an additional decade of progressive leadership positions encompassing Engineering, Quality, and Logistics. Meredith has developed significant international expertise through assignments abroad in Scotland, Singapore, and Malaysia, as well as through leading and collaborating with global teams. She is passionate about mentorship and cross-cultural leadership.
