With 25+ years guiding professionals through their hardest moments, Lisa founded Maximum Q Leadership to do one thing: help people lead at their best. She works with executives through coaching, retreats, and speaking engagements.
Before founding Maximum Q, Lisa held senior leadership roles at Disney/ABC, PBS, and TEGNA, spearheading financial turnarounds and digital transformations across some of the country’s most prominent media organizations. She is an ICF-Certified Coach, adjunct professor at the University of Houston, published author, and co-creator of a college career course taught to more than 10,000 students.
Lisa holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Houston and a BA in
Communication from Loyola University. Additionally, she was recognized as a Most Admired CEO by the Houston Business Journal – a reflection of the standard she holds for herself and the leaders she develops.
