Ijeoma holds a First Class Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a Master’s in Energy Management, and a Doctorate degree in Business Administration. She currently oversees the management of Shell US Gulf assets undergoing end-of-field life extension, with a portfolio size of ca. $1 billion. In her 20-year career at Shell, she has served in various roles across asset management, development, operations, business advisory, strategy & planning. She has lived and worked in various Shell locations across 3 continents and 4 countries.
Ijeoma is married and has four children. She resides in Houston, Texas with her family. She enjoys family time, traveling, leisure reading, and writing. Ijeoma is passionate about mentoring, coaching, career & personal development. She is also a strong advocate of education and is involved in providing educational opportunities for underprivileged children.
