Maggie is an operations engineering leader with more than 16 years of experience driving production, reliability, and safety improvements across offshore and onshore oil and gas assets. She currently serves as Manager of Offshore Operations Engineering at Murphy Oil, leading multidisciplinary teams that support deepwater Gulf of Mexico operations. Throughout her career, Maggie has held leadership and technical roles spanning Alaska, Iraq, and the Gulf of Mexico, delivering significant business results through operational excellence, production optimization, and asset reliability improvements. Prior to Murphy, she led the Thunder Horse Production Management Team at BP, helping drive a major production turnaround and reliability transformation. Known for building high-performing teams and fostering a strong safety culture, Maggie combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver sustainable operational performance.
