Rebecca is currently the HR Director, Oil, Products and Gas, located in San Ramon, California.  Rebecca is a member of Chevron’s Upstream Leadership Team, HR Leadership Team, and the Global Leadership Forum.

Rebecca has held several leadership roles within the HR function at Chevron. In her prior role as the Director of Human Resource Operations for Chevron, she had oversite for Chevron’s global HR operations, including shared service centers in Manila and Buenos Aires, business HR operations, and labor & employee relations. Other prior positions include HR Director for Downstream & Chemicals and Midstream, and General Manager for HR Chevron Midstream and Corporate Groups. Before that, she worked as HR Manager for the Gulf of Mexico. She also held the position of HR Manager of International Products business in Asia Pacific region, South Africa, and the Middle East and as Regional Coordinator for Asia Pacific, while in Singapore. Additionally, she was the Operations Manager for Expatriate Administration. She has also held various human resources business partner and team lead positions in Houston, Texas, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Her first experience with Chevron was as a summer intern while studying at university.
