As Senior HR Platform Communications Lead at SLB, she sits at the center of one of the energy industry’s most ambitious HR transformation initiatives, shaping how employees across the globe understand, adopt, and embrace change at scale.
Her path to SLB is built on real-world range. At TotalEnergies, she spent a decade leading global communications for the fifth largest renewable energy company in the world, driving enterprise-wide strategy, managing digital migrations, and serving as a U.S. brand ambassador across diverse business units.
She knows firsthand what it means to walk into a new world and build something meaningful inside of it.
Candace holds an MBA from Texas Southern University and a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, she additionally serves in leadership as the Chair of Mentoring within SLB’s Connect Women employee resource group. A native Houstonian, she is a devoted wife and mother to two daughters. She is passionate about leadership, community, and empowering professionals to move forward with purpose and confidence.
