Shelby is an executive coach, leadership strategist, and speaker with more than 23 years of experience developing leaders inside complex global organizations. She spent over a decade in oil and gas, leading global learning and development functions and building enterprise-wide strategies that reached more than 15,000 employees. Her work that took her from corporate offices in Houston, to West Africa, and offshore rigs, where she was frequently the only woman in the room or on the rig.

Today, Shelby brings that firsthand experience to her role at Aggreko, partnering with senior operations executives to build the talent, capability, and culture needed to scale the business and meet growing commercial demand. Through her firm, Beehive Coaching and Consulting, she helps leaders navigate their next pivotal moment, not by doing more, but by becoming the version of themselves their next level actually requires.
