| Fay joined PBF Energy in 2024 as VP Renewables, bringing 30 years of industry expertise, a management consulting mindset and a passion for energy transition. Fay leads PBF’s participation in the Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub (MACH2), selected by the DoE to receive up to $750m to advance clean hydrogen projects, where PBF is the largest grant recipient and anchor producer. Through her leadership, Fay expanded the design of a planned 180MW green hydrogen plant for the nascent transport market to further process the hydrogen to align more economically with existing globally traded commodities. The new plants would be co-located at PBF’s Delaware City complex and repurpose existing equipment. Fay is a founding member of the MACH2 Board of Directors, which holds fiduciary responsibility for the organization, and speaks at events to enhance the understanding of hydrogen. She is truly an industry leader, leading the charge in energy transformation through hydrogen. |
