Bio
Lisa is the Decarbonization Technical Director, Americas at GE Vernova, driving strategic initiatives for the decarbonization of power generation and distribution. She leads technical discussions with utility and large industrial customers about solutions including hydrogen deployment in NGCC (Natural Gas Combined Cycle) Power Plants, such as the recent achievement of 100%H2 DLN (dry low NOx) development for frame 6B gas turbines. Her corporate published videos and articles explaining the process of decarbonization in power plants, including how amines bond to carbon and how hydrogen combustion works, are helping to de-mystify how the energy industry can greatly reduce its carbon footprint. Lisa also lectures on power generation and decarbonization technology at university engineering programs and internal leadership programs, and supports young women in clean energy through mentoring, outreach, and as a speaker at conferences including the Society of Women Engineers. |
